Carolyn Apodaca has chosen to be in real estate over 45 years because of her passion for helping others purchase or selling their properties.

She started as an apprentice to her father, Mr. Billie J. Ellis of Ellis Management Company dividing rural land and providing owner financing during her college years. Upon her graduation from Texas A&M University; Carolyn achieved a real estate broker license and started her own real estate property company. Her experience of showing land, marketing homes and renovating dilapidated properties; provided a variety of clientele from Houston to Dallas, Texas.

Carolyn’s ability to find solutions for both seller and buyer has proven to be the success to Delta 8 Properties, LLC which is owned by her and her husband, Ted Apodaca since 2003. Together, Ted and Carolyn have formed Delta 8 Capital as a private lending division.

To date, Carolyn is still involved in her father’s real estate business as well as being an investor with her son, John Davenport’s real estate/lending company. Being a family member of three generations in real estate is a goal she is proud to share.
